The UW Anderson Hall is a progressive design build renovation project on a Seattle Landmarked Building in the heart of the UW Seattle Campus.  This Seattle Landmark Building is surrounded by existing significant trees, campus tunnels, existing buildings and utilities.  Design challenges include integrating new infrastructure into a dense existing urban campus site and finding affordable and maintainable solutions.  Site improvements focused on accessible routes of travel and parking, onsite stormwater management and compensatory storm water quality and conveyance. Mayfly provided full site civil services from concept design through construction documents and is currently providing construction administration. Total Project Costs are estimated at $41,000,000.
