Mayfly provided stormwater design and engineering support for this new multi-use public plaza. This 1/2 acre site provides more than 10,000sf of skateable area designed to keep skateboarders and pedestrians- including children and programs hoted by Skate Like a Girl- safely separated from adjacent vehicles. Onsite Stormwater Management (OSM) is provided with bioretention facilities- sized for current and future phases- and landscaped swales. OSM provides a swath of green amid a pavement hungry skate park. Construction was completed in Fall 2021.
